Received SMS from Mojo Homes that we are now on the construction list!
They have 20 working days to start construction from today!
Mojo Homes Update: Internal ACC completed!

Received and signed PCV13 today for tender extension charged for one month ($7400 - ouch again!!!).
Thanks to Sharyn for doing her best in reducing the amount from 3 months to just one month.

Mojo Homes has agreed to absorb 2 months for all the delays they have caused during the admin process.

Stage One (Balance of Deposit) received from Mojo Homes today.

Demolition completed!
Additional charge of 5K for removal of oversized concrete piers througout site! Ouch!

First day of demolition! Construction certificate also received by Mojo Homes today!

Incidentally, today was also Emmy's Dad's funeral. Sad time for the Gonzales family.
Were driving back from funeral and saw a excavator parked in/on my garageknock it down

Received and signed PCV12 today for the home theatre window to gain compliance with minimum requirements for natural light (10%) and ventilation of (5%) to floor area of the home theatre.
